I first heard about CV when BlazeD said something like: "Hmm..the domain combovideos.com is available.."

I heard about CV from SRK. I remember this place had a hella different template.

I used to go to the video opera site almost every day and this site was on many of the daily updates.

Lemme see... About mid/late... ish 2004 I was surfing GCC when I came across XM: COTA vol. 1. after several tries at a download (Which has taught me the virtues of GetRight.) I watched to the end of the vid and lo and behold, "ComboVideos.com coming soon." I decided to punch it in the next time I went online. I have no regrets regarding this decision.

well i was at my friend house and he pulled up some vids and i was like" yo man where did you get those awsome videos", and the he goes here man" COMBOVIDEOS.COM"...........................and then i lived happily ever after.

Funny, that is what I used to do for the first three days I found this website. To me, this site is addicting.

I found out about it when i was playing games with Dracula X online a while back. I just never looked into it until now. I'm liking it so far. Actually i was searching for Gundam Wing Endless Duel Videos and this site popped up in the search and i was like "woah!" So many videos....even Last Blade 2 and Project Justice ones. Sweeeeeeeeeeeeet!

I was on dark templarz and d-loaded all the vids there then wanted more. I googled "combovideos" and the rest is history.

my toaster told me about it! then i realized i didnt have a toaster!!!!!!! THEN i realized that i am officially retarded and you should stop reading this post immediately or bad things will happen involving pancake batter and pitchforks, so seriously stop reading this because you are wasting valuable time that you could be using to devlop your brain, such as reading writing because at this point i think this qualifies as spam, but not the kind thats been in my kitchen cabinet for many years now, but like the kind that you get in your email that says a Nigerian King has inherited a fortune and want to share it with you but he needs some kind of credit card number from you, but cant tell you why because half the email isnt even spelled right! um so anyways...sorry...

I googled "combo videos" and I got Combo Videos. Easy as that.

So long ago I dont remember when,
That's when they said I found some combovids.

I think one fine evening I was trying to find out everything about ggxx. Then, I forgot what happened in between, next thing I was doing was watching those crazy marvel vs capcom combos from CV. I've seen MTVs but didnt really thought much about the concept of combovideos. I was thinking them as a more casual recording of a players match or practise room thing with dull sounds n colours.

Watching those insane combo videos utterly blew me and my old idea away.

Other than a way to gauge your gap with those who know the systems well (as shown in their combovids), CV also showed me how enjoyable combovids can be.

Honestly...I don't remember. I think I had googled some random vids and then linked this site. Been hooked since.

I was watching combo videos on Youtube and decided to see if there was a website that had them for download. Then I found this amazing place. I've been floating around for a while, but I've only recently become an actual respondent in forums.

I watched a few videos on youtube and thought hmm where i can get the videos to download? So i wrote combovideos
in google and the first page that popped up was combovideos.com.

It was several years ago.I was obsessed by MVC2(i didn't even know that she wasn't emulated at that time) and then i wrote mvc2 in emule.Then some videos popped up and one of them was meiky... vol 6...i think.And i guess on one of them was the banner of CV.Then i moved to the source and still remember the epicness that i felt while watching for x time Infinite Dreams.Just blew me away...Thanks CV!

Sony rep told me about it after discussing about 3rd strike.

I really don't remember, whether i googled or just randomly typed in the site... but i am so glad i found this site. It has greatly improved my fighting skills.

I had just got into playing cvs 2 and 3rd strike, was online searching for vids to learn more about the two games and landed here and Loved the site since then.

That was a long time ago. Now I'm looking for ways to get into Tekken 6 as a Tekken-noob so I thought of this site again.
No tutorials for Tekken 6 though :S

Edit: Haha I see 'Occupation CvsSNK2. That was what I was playing on my XBOX back then. And I'm not talking about the 360 here.

i dont even remember lol but i fell in love with this site as soon as i found it i started playin fighters about 3 years ago same time i ran across this site and even when its slow i always drift back checking posts and vids XD

I came across Combovideos.com by searching for ways to play with Magneto through google, and then later found out about Shoryuken.com.. I been glued to both sites ever since.. I still remember when this site had a pic of Psylocke right in the middle of the front page..

On the old www.gamecombos.com. Nice page.
